Kirkham House can comfortably sleep up to eight people, with a maximum of six adults.
The interior of Kirkham House has been designed by Karine Kaelin Interior Design.
It has a large kitchen diner which is well equipped with a range cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, so you have everything you need whilst you are on your holiday. There is a large farmhouse table which comfortably seats eight people, so is perfect for groups and family meals.
The first floor living room has a lovely marble fireplace and sash windows, along with comfy velvet sofas and a coffee table. There is also a TV with iPlayer, DVD player and DVD collection, Apple TV, a stereo, piano, bookcase, toy cupboard and free Wi-Fi, all of which guests are welcome to use, so you should never find yourself short of something to do on a rainy day!
The large kitchen and range cooker is perfect for family meals.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, there are four bedrooms to choose from. The double bedroom on the first floor has a large wardrobe, as well as an en-suite complete with under floor heating.
The second floor has three further bedrooms, two of which have traditional vaulted ceilings and original fireplaces. One of these is a double with bedside tables and a wardrobe, and another has bunk beds and a chest of drawers which is perfect for children. The final bedroom also a double with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The house bathroom is also on the third floor, and is wet room style with a walk in shower and underfloor heating. Although there is no bath in Kirkham House, a baby bath is available for infants.
There is a communal grassed garden at the side of Kirkham House which really catches the afternoon sun. The bench by the front door is a great place to sit with a coffee on a morning and enjoy the fresh coastal air.
